Charles Barkley claims to have washed his T-shirt while showering in it.

NBA legend Charles Barkley told a story that is sure to go viral. While in the studio doing a March Madness cover, he praised the guys who are in charge of washing the players’ uniforms.

This is because, according to him, in his time, players showered in their uniforms to wash them before playing the next day.

“There are so many things that go into it. Hello to all the coaches and guys who sew the uniform. They clean those uniforms and everything,” Barkley said.

“I mean, I’m so old that we showered in uniform…because the first few years we flew commercial…When I first got into the NBA, we flew commercial. So when you played the night before and flew out the next morning, where exactly were you going to get your kit cleaned?

“You had to wash the uniform yourself. So, after the game, when you got to your robe, you showered in your uniform, dried it off, and dropped it on a commercial airline the next day.”
