All our factories play different roles in the production of BSL products from start to finish and are a colorful demonstration of the process of bringing our products to the material processing market!
About the plant BSLBATT
The BSLBATT factory currently has three bases in Huizhou, Guangdong, Dongguan and Jiangxi in China. The total area of the existing production base is about 12,000 square meters. Our current total production capacity is 2.5 GWh. Among them, rechargeable batteries accounted for 1 GWh, Motive Power lithium batteries accounted for 1 GWh, 12V lithium batteries and lithium batteries in other special areas accounted for 0.5 GWh.
Each BSL lithium battery is mainly composed of cell material selection, cell combination, module, laser welding, assembly, measurement, BMS, debugging, sealing, debugging, testing, aging, marking, communication, inspection, packaging and delivery. 17 processes complete production. 1000 sets of assembly line equipment, including laser welding, modular line, testing line and packaging line, are working continuously. In recent years, BSLBATT adds a new type of automation line, which has the advantages of environmental protection, high module consistency, low cost and high quality, and is very advanced in China today.
So what role does each factory play?
● BSL Huizhou factory mainly produces forklift lithium batteries, AGV lithium batteries, golf cart lithium batteries, lithium solar cells and other products.
● BSL’s Dongguan factory currently mainly produces lithium batteries for RVs, lithium marine batteries, lithium batteries for outdoor vehicles and other products.
● BSL Jiangxi Factory East, mainly produces micro grid batteries.
